About Us
Honey-kissed coffee, made simple.
HoneyTilt started with a straightforward idea: craft a coffee with a gentle, natural honey note - no sticky syrups, no gimmicks - just a smooth, café-quality cup you can make at home.
Our story
We’re coffee people who love a clean, balanced brew. On a trip that introduced us to New Zealand Manuka honey, we wondered: what if we could capture that soft, floral sweetness in the bean itself - not in the mug after the fact? After months of test batches, we found our answer: medium-dark Arabica beans, lightly glazed with authentic Manuka honey, then roasted so the sweetness stays subtle and the coffee stays front-and-center.
That first successful roast became HoneyTilt - named for the way a good cup makes you tilt the mug until the very last sip.
What we make
Manuka Honey Coffee (Whole Bean, 16 oz / 454 g)
A balanced, velvety cup with floral aromatics, toffee notes, and a clean honeyed finish. It’s the everyday coffee that tastes special - black, with milk, hot, or iced.
How we make it
-
100% Arabica, small-batch roasted. We roast in the USA to a medium-dark profile that brings sweetness forward without bitterness.
-
Manuka honey, the right way. We use authentic New Zealand Manuka honey to create a delicate flavor - no added sugars in the beans, no artificial flavors.
-
Freshness first. We roast in small runs and ship within 24–48 hours, sealing each bag for peak aroma the moment it cools.
Why it’s different
- Flavor in the bean, not the bottle. You get that honey-kissed character without heavy syrups or dessert-like sweetness.
- Clean, simple ingredients. Coffee. Manuka honey. Natural flavor components used for consistency.
- Roasted & packaged in the USA. Built for reliability, freshness, and fast delivery.
Our promises
- First-Sip Guarantee. If your first bag isn’t love at first sip, we’ll refund or replace it - no questions asked within 30 days.
- Clear labeling, honest claims. We keep our packaging and product pages straightforward, so you know exactly what you’re getting.
- Customer-first support. Real people respond quickly at info@honeytilt.com.
How to brew
HoneyTilt shines in pour-over, drip, French press, and iced lattes. Aim for a medium grind, 1:15–1:16 coffee-to-water ratio, and water just off boil. Start there - then adjust to taste.
